Job description

At Capital Automotive Group, we’re growing our parts warehouse team and looking for a dependable, organized Order Processor to help keep orders moving from our warehouse to the customers and teams who rely on us.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the details right. You’ll play an important role in making sure parts orders are accurately processed, prepared, and ready to go—whether they’re headed out to customers or loaded up for one of our delivery drivers.  Best of all, you’ll have the stability of a consistent schedule and a healthy work-life balance while working alongside a team that values reliability, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and prepare incoming parts orders for shipment and delivery

  • Pull, organize, and package parts accurately and efficiently

  • Prepare completed orders for customers and delivery drivers

  • Verify order details, quantities, and parts before orders leave the warehouse

  • Keep orders organized and moving through the warehouse workflow

  • Work closely with warehouse teammates and delivery drivers to keep deliveries on schedule

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines

  • Help wherever needed to keep the team and daily operation running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, dependable, and ready to be part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Able to stay organized while managing multiple orders

  • Good communication and a positive, team-first attitude

  • Able to safely lift and move automotive parts and packages

  • Previous warehouse, order processing, parts, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus—but not required

What We Offer:

  • Stable schedule & work-life balance

  • Competitive pay

  • Benefits package with medical, dental, and vision options

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off and holidays

  • Employee discounts

  • Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding automotive group

  • A supportive, team-focused culture where people truly matter
