Job description

AmbaFlex is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Spares Associate to join our Warehouse Spares department. As a Warehouse Spares Associate, you will play a crucial role in working cohesively to support both internal processes and external customer requirements. You will also ensure uninterrupted production and reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction by meeting the ongoing demand for high-quality replacement parts.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, processing, and staging of orders to meet customer demands.
  • Generate and manage shipment documentation for both domestic and international deliveries.
  • Provide materials promptly to internal and external customers, adhering to delivery schedules and production timelines.
  • Perform administrative duties related to inventory management, record-keeping, and shipping processes.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to optimize workflow and safety.
  • Conduct quality inspections on goods and materials to uphold company standards.
  • Manage the quarantine process for returned shipments or defective products to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Engage in product and process development initiatives to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Monitor designated email inboxes to respond to queries and coordinate activities efficiently.
  • Execute equipment checks at the beginning of each shift to ensure operational functionality and safety.

Afternoons - Mon-Friday, 11am-7:30pm

Our Manufacturing Facility in Canton, OH is one of five worldwide, and was established in 2010 as our only Manufacturing facility in the U.S. The AmbaFlex Warehouse department is a dynamic and integral part of our operations, structured into two specialized sections: the General Warehouse, and Spare Parts Warehouse. The General Warehouse manages a broad range of inventory, ensuring that the internal production groups are never halted due to lack of materials. The Spare Parts Warehouse plays a critical role in after-sales support by providing replacement parts, thereby extending the operational lifespan of our products in the AMCAS region.

  • High School Diploma or GED
