As a Business Support Specialist with Spraying Systems Co.'s Industrial Division, you'll be a vital part of our team-serving as the primary point of contact for our industrial customers across multiple sectors. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments who can deliver exceptional service, strengthen relationships, and help drive growth.This role is on-site in our Birmingham AL office.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and OEM customers, ensuring loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to support customer operations and promote product solutions.
• Maintain detailed, accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system.Customer Interaction & Technical Support
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and answer product or application questions with confidence.
• Translate technical needs into effective product recommendations, leveraging your industrial experience.
• Monitor and communicate account receivables and payment statuses where applicable.Order Management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently once trained.Preferred
• Experience using Microsoft CRM and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (especially WebERP or similar).
• Prior experience supporting field sales or industrial customers.

Pay and Benefits
