Order Fulfillment Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support daily order processing and shipping operations. This role is responsible for coordinating orders across multiple sales channels, monitoring shipments, assisting with customer service requests, and helping ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.Responsibilities
  • Create and manage daily order batches
  • Process backorders, replacements, and RMAs
  • Coordinate shipments and monitor tracking updates
  • Handle UPS claims and call tag requests
  • Import and maintain purchase orders
  • Review and process Shopify orders, including fraud review
  • Respond to replacement and order-related emails
  • Maintain order cancellation and checkout records
  • Ensure timely shipment of orders across multiple sales channels
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily operational deadlines
