The Clinical Supervisor at Orchid Academy serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and systems builder responsible for supporting high-quality, compassionate, and learner-centered ABA services.
This is a salaried leadership position that includes both direct clinical oversight and dedicated non-billable administrative responsibilities. Clinical Supervisors are expected to allocate approximately 10-20 hours per week toward leadership, program management, mentorship, operational support, training development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and organizational initiatives that support the growth and quality of Orchid Academy programs.
This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about developing people, building systems, protecting learner dignity, and contributing to long-term organizational excellence.

Clinical Quality & Oversight

  • Oversees clinical quality across all assigned learner caseloads.
  • Ensures programming is individualized, meaningful, assent-based, and aligned with learner dignity.
  • Reviews treatment plans, goals, data collection systems, and behavior strategies for quality and consistency.
  • Provides ongoing mentorship and support to BCBAs, LABAs, and BTs to ensure high-quality implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a BCBA providing ABA services across home, clinic, school, and/or community settings.
  • Previous leadership, mentorship, or supervision experience supporting clinical teams.
  • Mastery of skills related to Behavior Technician (BT) management, including mentorship, accountability, performance feedback, scheduling support, and team development.
  • Experience providing effective parent trainings and coaching that empower families through collaboration, education, and compassionate support.
  • Experience conducting client assessments, interpreting clinical data, and developing individualized treatment recommendations aligned with learner needs and outcomes.
  • Experience with assent-based care, SBT/PFA, communication systems, adaptive behavior programming, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing trainings, clinical resources, or scalable operational systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with families and team members.
