What You'll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Analyze client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets payer and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
  • Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Support staff development through modeling, mentorship, and clinical guidance.
  • Promote high-quality clinical services across your caseload.

Collaboration
  • Partner with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical consultation.
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians.
  • Experience providing services across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Compensation
  • $48.00-$53.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
  • Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
  • Monday through Friday
  • Daytime hours
  • Services provided in clinic, home, school, and community settings as needed

Work Location
This is an in-person position based in Issaquah, Washington, providing services in the clinic as well as home, school, and community settings.
