Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Generate advertising revenue across all available broadcast, digital, and multi-platform solutions.
  • Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities with local businesses, agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate rates, ratings, and advertising agreements while protecting inventory value and station rate integrity.
  • Develop strategic business and market partnerships that create new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage an active account portfolio and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client objectives and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and digital teams to achieve revenue goals and ensure account success.


Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, broadcast sales, digital advertising sales, consultative B2B sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success generating new business and cultivating non-traditional revenue opportunities.
  • Experience selling television, radio, digital, web, or mobile advertising solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully sell to business owners, executives, and agency stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage market insights and research to support strategic sales efforts.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Positive, results-driven mindset with a collaborative team approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Wide Orbit, Kantar, One Domain, and/or WO Media Office is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • This position is fully remote.

The hourly rate for this role is $75.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
