Position Overview
Spiro is hiring a Content Specialist to join our Sales & Growth Enablement team. The Content Specialist works in partnership with the Sales & Growth Enablement team, delivering best-in-class content experiences. This role is responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing engaging multi-channel content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content across award and social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as email, website, and landing pages
  • Optimize messaging, tone, and voice based on audience insights and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and coordinate content that aligns with brand and campaign goals
  • Source and curate visual content assets, including photos, videos, and designed elements, to enhance storytelling
  • Create ad hoc short-form copy to support campaigns, initiatives, and internal needs
  • Manage content calendars, administration, and organization of assets
  • Track and analyze content performance, providing insights on engagement, traffic, and conversion trends
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to continuously improve content impact and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in events, exhibitions, marketing, or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Copywriter, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing content across social media platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to create compelling digital content across text, image, and video formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
