Our newly remodeled restaurant offers a unique dining experience, combining a sophisticated ambiance with delectable cuisine. Uniquely situated on the hills of Orange County, Orange Hill offers sweeping views of Catalina Island, Downtown Los Angeles, Disneyland's magical firework show and our beautiful California coastline.

Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, efficient, and attentive service while ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their visit.
Pay: $16.90 / hour plus tips
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
  • Guide guests through the menu and experience, and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering them to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service, upscale/polished restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
