POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Design, Develop, and Test solutions based on business requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12.x), including development using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF, Workflow Builder, and Web ADI.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Loans module and integration with AR/AP/GL.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, AWS cloud infrastructure and Redhat
  • Experience supporting federal financial systems or similar enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA), FCRA accounting, and U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe), and version control (SVN, Git).
  • Proficiency in working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Experience with performance tuning, customizations, and CEMLI management.
  • Familiarity with AWS-hosted environments and basic cloud concepts.
  • Familiarity with federal IT security controls and audit requests
  • Expertise in Agile Methodology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain design documentation
  • Adhere to Oracle EBS best practices and utilize Oracle standard APIs
  • Keep UPK current with new functionality
  • Monitor Network, Firewall, and VPN tunnel availability
  • Support FMS team in debugging issues related to AWS infrastructure, network, and firewall
  • Perform QA testing and document all QA related artifacts in JIRA
  • Assist with implementation of optional modules and enhancements, including G-Invoicing, Single Sign-On, and interface automation.
  • Monitor production system performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to code, data integrity, and configuration.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities by ensuring data flow and transactions process smoothly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with government interfaces: IPP, SPS, G-Invoicing, ConcurGov/ETSNext.
  • Exposure to Oracle Discoverer, Tableau, and EDW environments.
  • Experience with federal security and audit compliance frameworks (FISMA, FISCAM, ATO process).
  • Knowledge of Java, Shell scripting, and AWS Redshift for data reporting is a plus.
