Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site at client location. Percentage of travel to client sites, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies.
Job Summary:
As an Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical designs and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
Essential Functions:
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle ERP Cloud technical solutions. Develop architectural designs and strategies to meet client needs and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead the technical implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, including technical architecture, development, customization, integration, and data migration. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the implementation process.
• Understanding of an Oracle Cloud environment and architecture.
• Understanding of Middleware including but not limited to Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle ERP Cloud technical capabilities, features, and functionalities. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud releases and updates and provide guidance on how to leverage new features to optimize business processes.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise systems, such as HCM, CRM, and third-party applications. Develop and maintain integration interfaces, leveraging Oracle integration technologies and APIs.
• Identify and resolve performance issues within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment. Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts. Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Conduct training sessions and workshops to transfer technical knowledge to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical concerns.

Position Type and expected hours of work:

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Architect, specifically with Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules and their technical components
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other relevant Oracle technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects, including development, customization, and data migration.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud security, data model, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with clients at various levels.
