The team Our Oracle team represents Hitachi Digital Services in building strategic relationships and delivering transformational business outcomes for clients across the Americas. We are a collaborative, high-performing organization bringing together consulting, sales, pre-sales, architecture, and delivery expertise across Oracle Cloud solutions. We partner closely with customers, Oracle, and strategic ecosystem partners to develop innovative solutions that create measurable business value. The role

As the Oracle Americas Practice Leader, you will lead the strategy, growth, profitability, delivery excellence, and market positioning of our Oracle business across North and South America. You will own regional business performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, pipeline growth, and operational excellence, while building and developing a high-performing Oracle organization. You will lead complex Oracle transformation pursuits, develop trusted executive relationships, and oversee solutions spanning ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Data, AI, PaaS, and OCI. Working closely with sales, consulting, architecture, delivery, Oracle, and strategic partners, you will drive new-logo acquisition, account expansion, strategic alliances, and successful client outcomes while strengthening Hitachi Digital Services’ position as a leading Oracle transformation partner.

What you’ll bring
  • 15–20+ years of consulting, technology, and business leadership experience, including significant Oracle practice or business leadership experience.
  • Proven ownership of P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Extensive Oracle ERP Cloud expertise with strong knowledge of EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, AI, PaaS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that have increased Oracle revenue, pipeline, market presence, and client relationships.
  • Experience leading complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across multiple industries and ensuring successful delivery and commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead large strategic pursuits, RFP responses, solution development, executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Strong executive presence with experience building trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, Oracle leadership, alliance partners, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building, developing, and leading geographically distributed consulting, architecture, sales, pre-sales, delivery, and managed services teams.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle's Cloud, Data, AI, automation, and emerging technology strategy, with the ability to develop differentiated offerings and thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Oracle Cloud certifications and relevant industry leadership credentials are preferred.
