Job description

Position: Oracle Retail XStore POS Lead

Location: Brentwood, TN

Duration: Long term contract
Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be in Nashville US location / need to travel to client location in Nashville 3days a week
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS.
  • Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
  • Onsite-Offshore coordination and work management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
  • Perform hands-on coding, configuration, and integration tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
  • Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
