  • Provide functional and technical architecture leadership for Oracle Fusion PPM, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
  • Lead solution architecture and design activities, including application configuration, integrations, reporting, data conversion, extensions, and security, while determining when to leverage standard Oracle functionality versus custom solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion PPM, other Oracle Fusion applications, and external systems.
  • Review functional and technical specifications and provide guidance to development, integration, and implementation teams.
  • Lead or support CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, production readiness, and post-production support activities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues, providing recommendations that consider business impact, scalability, maintainability, security, and supportability.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, developers, integration teams, DBAs, implementation partners, and other stakeholders to deliver enterprise PPM solutions.
  • Establish and maintain architecture, integration, development, and governance standards, including solution designs, reference architectures, and related technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the Oracle Fusion PPM roadmap and evaluate quarterly updates, new capabilities, and emerging technologies for their potential business value and impact.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance, mentorship, and architectural direction to product and implementation teams.
  • Ensure Oracle Fusion PPM solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning and report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Maintain quality standards on all projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 10 years of relevant experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.
