Celonis

Job description

Celonis makes processes work for people, companies, and the planet.

The Celonis Platform is powered by the Celonis Context Model, which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence to create a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can understand - turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. We believe there is a massive opportunity for companies to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes - and for that, we need you to join us.
The Team:

The global partner marketing team fuels customer success and market growth by building trusted relationships with our partners, co-innovating with them, and driving mutual success and influence across key markets and industries.

This dynamic team, led by the VP of Global Partner Marketing & North America Marketing, collaborates with regional partner marketing, partner management, the global ecosystem team, and the broader go-to-market organization to create and execute integrated demand generation programs that build awareness and accelerate pipeline. As part of the GTM marketing organization, we thrive on cross-functional teamwork - solving complex challenges, bringing innovative ideas to life, and delivering customer and partner value.

This role will have a dotted line to the SVP of Strategic Global Partnerships & Market Activation, who reports directly to Celonis' Founder & Co-CEO.

At Celonis, we empower our people to do their best work, embrace a growth mindset, and build meaningful careers in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

The Role:

A strong partner ecosystem doesn't just support the growth of a business - it ignites innovation, amplifies reach, and creates a powerful network effect that moves the entire business forward. This role is 100% dedicated to the newly established Celonis-Oracle strategic partnership, one of Celonis' highest-priority global alliances. As Sr. Partner Marketing Principal, Oracle Partnership, you will serve as the senior marketing leader accountable for translating executive partnership strategy into measurable market impact - driving awareness, demand generation, executive engagement, customer advocacy, and joint go-to-market activation that accelerates pipeline and strengthens Celonis' position within the Oracle ecosystem.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage a team, but you will operate as a cross-functional leader, influencing and aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Corporate Communications, Analyst Relations, and Oracle Marketing to drive results.

The work you'll do:

  • Own the Global Oracle Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy supporting the Celonis & Oracle partnership globally. This includes building the annual Oracle marketing plan, campaign calendar, and investment priorities - aligning with Oracle sales priorities, executive objectives, and partnership milestones.

Drive Integrated Demand Generation: Design and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns spanning digital marketing, email, paid media, executive outreach, webinars, marketplace promotions, sales plays, and customer marketing. You should also bring a field lens to program design, ensuring campaigns connect to regional priorities and translate to pipeline in target accounts within prioritized regions.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, marketing leadership, sales leadership, product marketing, and the extended marketing team to ensure inclusion of the Oracle partnership in the broader marketing motion.
  • Develop Thought Leadership: Partner with our product marketing team to develop industry positioning and competitive differentiation that you can then use as a foundation for developing joint press, joint analyst briefings, thought leadership content, blogs, customer stories, and videos in collaboration with the corporate communications and analyst relations team.
  • Serve as the Primary Marketing Interface into Oracle: Act as the primary marketing liaison with Oracle marketing, coordinating across Oracle corporate marketing, alliance marketing, field marketing, product marketing, communications, industry marketing, and events.
  • Event Leadership: Own the strategy and execution for key Oracle events, including Oracle AI AWorld and Oracle Sales Kickoffs, and ensure Oracle's sponsorship and integration into Celonis's flagship events, including Celosphere and Process Intelligence Days. Event responsibilities include event strategy, messaging, executive experience, customer speaker recruitment and preparation, booth activation, campaign integration, and post-event pipeline follow-up.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Oracle marketing activities, delivering quarterly business reviews with performance insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

The qualifications you need:

  • 8-12+ years of enterprise B2B technology marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise across partner marketing, field marketing, integrated campaign management, and product marketing.
  • Previous Oracle marketing, alliance marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success navigating Oracle's highly matrixed marketing organization - including Corporate Marketing, Alliance Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, and Industry Marketing.
  • Existing relationships within the Oracle marketing ecosystem are highly desirable.
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing programs - spanning demand generation, ABM, executive marketing, events, communications, customer marketing, and digital marketing - as a senior individual contributor in a matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market motions, and partner program design, including "to", "with", and "through" partner marketing frameworks.
  • Field marketing experience with the ability to connect global programs to regional pipeline realities.
  • Product marketing experience with the ability to work with product and engineering to develop and articulate compelling joint value propositions and solution messaging.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills - experienced at influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, from day-to-day collaborators to executive leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution - comfortable moving between high-level thinking and detailed program management.
  • Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Travel required for partner-facing activities and internal stakeholder meetings.
No visa sponsorship for this role
