Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 / year
Description
Relationship One's Marketing Cloud Consultants provide best practice marketing automation services, implementation assistance, and ongoing operational support for Oracle Eloqua and CRM/backend systems. In this role, you will design, implement, and test demand-generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs within the Oracle Eloqua platform. The ideal candidate for this position must have deep experience with the Oracle Eloqua platform.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy marketing automation solutions and integrate them with client CRM systems
  • Work with clients to design and deliver automated marketing campaigns and programs such as Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing
  • Perform Demand Generation/Outsourced Marketing tasks on behalf of clients including creation of email/landing pages/templates and web form templates
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to clients
  • Serve as a Best Practice Consultant and hands-on expert with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, projected results

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience using the Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform (including the creation of campaigns, segments, and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, lead management, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated training experience including both remote and onsite sessions
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On-Demand)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Eloqua Masters (Eloqua University), Eloqua Level-1, Oracle Implementation Specialist, and/or SmartStart certifications a plus
  • Experience with other Oracle Marketing Cloud Suite platforms including Infinity, Maxymiser, DMP, etc. preferred, but not required
  • Additional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Marketo is a plus
  • CRM certifications a plus
  • Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions
  • Proficiency in designing solutions based on client needs
  • Exceptional client services and support skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and support skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
