Tech Manager – Oracle Fusion

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Experience: 10+ Years
Domain Preference: Banking / Financial Services

Role Summary

We are looking for a Tech Manager with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to lead implementation, integration, and support initiatives across enterprise banking platforms. This role requires deep functional-technical knowledge along with team and delivery management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP implementation and support programs
  • Manage technical teams, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and enterprise standards
  • Drive issue resolution, performance improvements, and system enhancements
  • Coordinate with business, vendors, and leadership for project success
