Work you'll do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Oracle offering team, you will be responsible for leading Procure to Pay solutioning and delivery activities for Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities for Oracle Procure to Pay implementations
  • Translate business process requirements into Oracle Cloud Procurement and Payables solution designs
  • Coordinate client stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-functional workstreams to manage dependencies and implementation milestones
  • Identify, track, and address program risks, issues, and decision points throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Support cutover planning and transition activities from legacy enterprise resource planning platforms to Oracle Cloud

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Procurement, Oracle Cloud Payables, or Procure to Pay solutions
  • 3+ years of experience leading requirements, solution design, test planning, and deployment activities for enterprise resource planning implementations
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement configuration, business process design, and functional testing
  • 3+ years of experience supporting data conversion, integration, and cutover activities for Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Procurement or Payables
  • Experience with public sector enterprise resource planning transformation programs
  • Experience migrating from a legacy enterprise resource planning platform to Oracle Cloud
  • Experience leading stakeholder workshops and design sessions
  • Experience with defect management, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness activities
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional functional, technical, and business teams
