We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Global HR and Benefits to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of U.S. benefits structures, compliance frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes, along with a consultative mindset and hands-on delivery experience.
This role involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver HCM solutions that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Global HR and Benefits modules
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  • Design and implement ESS/MSS (Employee and Manager Self-Service) functionality
  • Configure benefits plans, eligibility profiles, enrollment options, and contribution structures
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with U.S. benefits legislation, company policies, and reporting obligations
  • Customize HR processes, job structures, and employee data models across multiple regions and business units
  • Manage the full Open Enrollment setup process, ensuring accuracy and ease of use
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with third-party benefits platforms and vendors
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and training materials
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (project managers, developers, analysts) to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, issue resolution, and system optimization

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Global HR and Benefits
  • Proven experience with Open Enrollment processes, eligibility configuration, and U.S. benefits compliance
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, HR regulatory frameworks, and data security best practices
  • Experience configuring organizational structures, job frameworks, and employee data models
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formula is highly desirable
  • Strong documentation skills, including test scripts and end-user training materials
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Benefits or Global HR is a plus
