An Oracle HCM Functional Analyst is a professional who specializes in the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, focusing on configuring, implementing, and supporting HR-related modules such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, and talent management. Their primary role is to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite.
