An Oracle HCM Functional Analyst is a professional who specializes in the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, focusing on configuring, implementing, and supporting HR-related modules such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, and talent management. Their primary role is to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite. They also work closely with stakeholders to ensure the HR systems meet organizational needs, provide user support, and test new functionalities or upgrades. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

How does an Oracle HCM Functional Analyst typically collaborate with other departments during an implementation project?

As an Oracle HCM Functional Analyst, you'll work closely with HR, IT, and Payroll departments to understand their processes and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
