Job Title: Oracle ERP Financials Analyst
Location: Houston, TX with a hybrid work model (2 days a week onsite)
Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)
Job Summary:
  • Analyze, configure, and support Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)
  • Work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams for seamless financial operations
  • Drive continuous improvements within the Oracle ERP ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Financial modules
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure and maintain Oracle ERP Financial modules as per business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules
  • Create and maintain documentation including functional designs, process flows, and training materials
  • Support financial reporting, period closing activities, and regulatory compliance needs
  • Provide training and support to end-users

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Financial modules (EBS or Fusion Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Financial applications
  • Proficiency with SQL and Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations is a plus
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes is a plus.
