Job Description Project Manager - ERP Integration Location: Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $80/hr Contract Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Project Manager to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will help prepare and execute a global SAP S/4HANA implementation, coordinating across business functions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive cross-functional execution and track milestones and dependencies Manage a RAID log and provide executive status reporting Coordinate with the Global PMO Support SIT/UAT planning and cutover readiness Facilitate governance meetings Escalate risks as needed to keep all partners informed Coordinate data and business readiness as well as organizational change activities Ensure deliverables from functional workstreams stay aligned REQUIREMENTS: 8-10 years of project management experience SAP S/4HANA implementation experience Large ERP implementation experience within a manufacturing environment Multi-site deployment experience Experience working with cross-functional leadership, including executive communication RAID management experience (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) Strong facilitation skills, with strengths in people management and driving decisions without authority PREFERRED SKILLS: PMP, Prosci, or Agile certification Data migration or cutover planning experience Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, or EWM Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization TERMS: This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $80/hr based on experience.
