  • College diploma in a related field

  • Verify resource requirements and availability before scheduling planned work and determining work orders with appropriate status. 

  • Generating and reviewing the schedule with the Maintenance Team to refine details surrounding current conditions and operation to incorporate operational concerns and limitations. Modify schedules if required. 

  • Releasing all work orders daily for completion to the maintenance leads and trades, ensuring all identified resources are assigned to open work orders 

  • Maintaining, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials and components for all scheduled work 

  • Interacting daily with Maintenance Team to ensure schedules are adhered to and modified as necessary 

  • Interact with 3rd party vendors for maintenance support.  

  • Review of completed work orders for recording of required data, planned vs. actual; hours, tools, materials, and safety requirements to identify any required changes or improvements 

  • Tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Be available for on-call operational work based on a predetermined schedule
