We are looking for a hands-on Senior Oracle Fusion Developer with strong expertise in Supply Chain (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Aand Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
This role is custom development-focused, requiring the ability to work in multi-vendor environments, manage multiple competing priorities, challenge vendor estimates, and provide L3 production support in a fast-paced setting.
The ideal candidate is an out-of-the-box thinker who can design creative solutions without compromising on stability or scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom extensions, integrations, and UI components using VBCS, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Flexfields.
Build and optimize integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RESTSOAP APIs, BIPOTBI extracts, and FBDIADFdi.
Deliver enhancements and automation for SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR business flows including procurement, inventory, order management, pricing, invoicing, APAR, GL, subledger accounting, core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
Create BIPOTBI reports and dashboards ensure high data accuracy and performance.
Provide L3 support including defect triage, root cause analysis, and preventive fixes.
Work in Agile environments and follow AIM or OUM methodologies for design, build, and delivery.
Collaborate with and challenge vendors on estimates, timelines, and solution approaches to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Experience 6-10 years of software development, including 10 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPSCMHCM.
Strong in OIC, RESTSOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, FBDIADFdi, VBCS, SQLPLSQL, performance tuning.
Proven delivery in SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR functional areas.
Experience working in multi-vendor environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
Hands-on Agile experience familiar with AIM or OUM.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
Ability to negotiate and challenge vendor estimates effectively.
