Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Developer for a contract position in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves working closely with customers and team members to analyze and design technical solutions while ensuring compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions;
• Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Department's Contract Manager throughout the PO term;
• Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures;
• Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively;
• Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Programming/systems analysis experience (2-5 years)
• Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports
• Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL
• Experience in relational database design, data processing and data communications
• Experience in writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements
• Government experience
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field or equivalent work experience
