Developer, Oracle HCM

Developer, Oracle HCM positions offered by Carrington Mortgage Holdings, LLC (Aliso Viejo, California). Serve as subject matter expert and provide system consulting on Human Resources HRIS system (Oracle Human Capital Management) to maximize the system's benefits and features and to use Oracle more efficiently. Responsible for configuration, customization, and support of the Oracle Human Capital Management system. Design, develop, and build solutions that provide resolution using HCM and identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Support enhancements and customization of Oracle HCM and integration of third-party inbound and outbound files/applications. Evaluate business processes and procedures and gather requirements to create functional and technical solutions. Recommend technical design solutions and document the technical design requirements, including any security design considerations or solutions. Apply data governance principles in ensuring data quality, integrity and timeliness are maintained. Perform data validation and analysis of system work products to ensure accuracy, research to identify and resolve root cause of any systems related issues.

Minimum Requirements: 

Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 3 years of experience performing Oracle HCM configuration and release update management within Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Time Management Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: o Using the Oracle HCM system and fast formulas o Using HCM Design Studio o Using systems development methodologies, including Agile Sprints and Systems Development Life Cycle  o Working with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) methodologies o Working with non-public personal information (NPPI) and data privacy legislation and standards  Position reports to Aliso Viejo, CA, but may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. 

We are offering a salary of $150,000 to $160,000 per year.Â
