Procurement Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA

• Support purchasing operations by processing purchase requisitions, change orders, and supplier quote requests
• Partner with requestors to identify lowest total procurement cost aligned with functional and delivery requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve cost and performance variances
• Review purchase orders, receipts, and invoices and correct discrepancies
• Issue RFQs to existing and new suppliers to maintain competitive sourcing
• Create and manage purchase orders in compliance with company policies
• Maintain recurring supply and service purchase orders, including invoice reconciliation and approval
• Perform data entry and maintain purchase orders, vendor profiles, and related systems
• Analyze market trends to support strategic and cost-effective buying decisions
• Manage multiple procurement projects independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of procurement or related experience
