Pay Range: $60 - $65 on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst (Data Integration & Mapping) to support enterprise data consolidation initiatives by integrating, mapping, and validating data from multiple systems to create a trusted single source of truth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, data mapping, ETL concepts, and business intelligence reporting, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, analyze, map, and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems into a centralized data repository.
  • Design and document data mapping rules, transformations, and standardized business definitions.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and automated reports for business stakeholders.
  • Develop reports using platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clarizen.
  • Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and deliver meaningful reporting solutions.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, join, and transform large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise reporting and data governance initiatives.
Must-have Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Business Intelligence reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and transforming large relational datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration, Master Data Management (MDM), and ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Experience supporting single source of truth or enterprise data consolidation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of dashboard UI/UX best practices and KPI reporting.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Clarizen, or similar systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation or analytics modernization initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions from data integration through dashboard deployment.
