Position: STEM Expert (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex problems in physics, chemistry, mathematics, or biology to enhance AI model training and evaluation.
  • Apply structured reasoning and quantitative methods to improve model outputs and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address open-ended challenges and ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Communicate solutions clearly and concisely to support AI research teams and elevate training data quality.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality outputs with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a STEM field (or currently pursuing one).
  • 1+ year of relevant experience (academic, research, internships, or industry).
  • Strong foundation in physics, chemistry, mathematics, or biology.
  • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
