Job Description

Position           : Technical Lead Oracle Fusion CMDM Consultant

Location          : Atlanta, GA Onsite (Local Preffered)

Duration         : long term contract

Job Description

  • Solution Leadership: lead the overall technical design for migration customer master data from Oracle CX CMDM to Oracle Fusion CMDM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Data Model Expertise: Provide deep insight into Oracle Fusion CDM data structures and guide mappings from CX CMDM models to Fusion CMDM models.
  • Migration Execution: Support data migration using FBDI templates, ADFdi loaders, and APIs. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and performance of bulk data loads.
  • Configuration & Extensions: Configure fusion CDM applications, build required extensions and implement custom validations to enforce data quality and compliance.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support business reporting, validations and audit requirements.
  • Design Guidance: Partner with functional and business teams to define survivorship rules, hierarchies, governance controls and data quality frameworks.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Customer data master and hands-on configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle CX cloud CMDM vs Fusion CMDM data models, including differences, limitations and migration considerations.
  • Proficiency with FBDI templates, ADFdi.
  • Strong background in data governance, deduplication, survivorship rules and hierarchy management.
  • Practical experience in configuration, custom validation, and application extensions.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CX Cloud modules that consume or enrich customer data (ERP AR, CPQ, Sales cloud).
  • Experience with large scale data migration projects and MDM implementations in multi-entity environments.
