JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CX Delivery Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Oracle CX solutions, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) cloud modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that customer experience solutions align with business goals and are implemented successfully across all phases of delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ).
  • Design scalable, integrated solutions leveraging Oracle CX suite and related applications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Middleware, Oracle ERP Cloud).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and recommend optimal Oracle CX solutions.
  • Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and integration strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance, lead, and drive rapid customer adoption of multi-cloud platforms.
  • Act as a technical/functional authority in Oracle CX and provide architectural governance for delivery projects.
  • Oversee data migration, systems integration, and interface development between Oracle CX and third-party applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Guide cross-functional teams during implementation ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices in CX transformation, user adoption, and system optimization.
  • Present solutions to customers at multiple levels, from SMEs up to C level executives, while explaining transformational concepts to executive decision-makers and influencing their technology strategy.
  • Stay current with Oracle CX product updates and roadmap to advise clients and internal teams on new capabilities.
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery.
  • 7+ years in Oracle CX cloud architecture and delivery.
  • Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Proven expertise in Oracle CX modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B/B2C Marketing, CPQ, Commerce.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs for integration.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, customer journey mapping, and digital transformation frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud Architect, Oracle Sales Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear and understandable manner. In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies and best practices.

  • Client Management: Managing key client accounts and relationships at a high level is critical. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.
