Job Description
  • Acts as the liaison between business users and the technical resources on the project team many of which will be from a Professional Services partner
  • Work with key business users to gather, define, and formally document business requirements
  • Interprets and documents business processes and business rules
  • Provides input to the configuration of products by analyzing requirements and studying system capabilities
  • Provides input to how the business processes may need to change to accommodate the product functionality
  • Provides support to help desk and QA to ensure alignment with requirements
  • Assists in preparing and reviewing announcements and publications related to new systems and features
  • Assists in preparing or reviewing training documentation
  • Guides interpretation of business problems and requirements
  • Reviews project solution to ensure it addresses defined requirements
  • Performs the responsibilities of a project team member
  • Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Facilitate work sessions
  • Drive resolution

Qualifications
  • 7+ years as a BA
  • Waterfall experience
  • COTS experience
  • Experience working with Professional Services partners
  • Meeting facilitator
  • Ability to work well under deadline pressures
  • ability to take complete ownership of their project and drive issues to resolution
  • Flexible
  • Experience with Oracle CX solutions and rollout, preferably with the CRM, Ticket System, and Knowledge Management System modules
  • If no direct experience with the Oracle CX CRM and/or Knowledge Management System modules, then experience needed with other vendor CRM, Ticket, and Knowledge Management
