Job description

The OCM Specialist (Junior) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the OCM Lead. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence requested in Washington, D.C..
This position is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.
Role Summary
The OCM Specialist supports workforce readiness and adoption efforts for the transition to Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring users are prepared for new processes and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support communication campaigns related to Oracle Cloud HCM rollout
  • Assist in development of training materials for Oracle HCM modules
  • Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness assessments
  • Track training completion and adoption metrics
  • Assist with go-live and post-deployment support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Up to ~3 years of experience in communications, HR, or project support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to OCM in system implementations or ERP/HCM deployments
  • Familiarity with ADKAR or similar frameworks
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (or similar)
