Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Lead/Consultant to support the implementation of Oracle HRMS. This role will be responsible for driving organizational readiness, ensuring effective communication across business units, and enabling successful adoption of new HR processes and systems.
You will act as the central point of coordination between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring that change initiatives are structured, communicated clearly, and adopted effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with Oracle HRMS implementation
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, ensuring alignment and buy-in
  • Develop and execute communication plans to clearly articulate system and process changes
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify affected roles, processes, and workflows
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and readiness
  • Coordinate development and rollout of training materials and end-user training programs
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, and user forums to drive engagement and adoption
  • Identify resistance points and implement mitigation and adoption strategies
  • Track and report adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and change KPIs
  • Ensure alignment with overall ERP program timelines and milestones

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management within ERP or HR transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM implementations
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop training content, communication plans, and change frameworks
  • Familiarity with structured methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.)
  • Background in HR operations or HR technology transformation
    Consulting or client-facing experience in large-scale implementations
