Job description

Immediate need for a talented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a 06 Month Contract with long-term potential and is located in Kansas, Missouri (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $53 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and deliver business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
  • Analyze complex datasets using reporting, analytics, statistical, and data transformation tools to provide actionable business insights
  • Work independently as the primary analytics resource supporting internal business stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful reports
  • Serve as a technical advisor to the analytics team by providing guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
  • Present analytical findings using effective storytelling techniques and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve decision-making through data.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Must have skills: 5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar platforms
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, or MySQL
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Ability to independently analyze business problems and develop reporting solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, Data Storytelling, Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini
  • Prior experience in the Automotive industry, Product Management, or User Experience (UX).
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
