Job Summary:
AFL is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer Co-Op to assist in understanding and documenting key reporting requirements from business users. The role involves creating reports and interactive dashboards using the Oracle Business Intelligence Suite for decision makers.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข This role will be responsible for meeting with business users to understand and document their key reporting requirements and then translating those requirements into reports and/or interactive dashboards for key decision makers.
โ€ข All report and dashboard creation will be done utilizing the Oracle Business Intelligence Suite.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Currently pursuing a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, Management Information Systems, or a related area.
โ€ข At least Sophomore standing with a minimum 2.75 GPA
โ€ข Must be willing to commit to 2 semesters, rotating from AFL and school.
โ€ข Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Proficient in MS Office
Preferred:
โ€ข Prefer majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, Management Information Systems, or a related area
โ€ข Prefer students who have experience with relational databases or any software development language. (Experience could be academic or professional)
