Job description

Oracle HRMS Analyst II
Job Description
The primary role of this position will be to provide techno-functional (80%/20%) support for our Oracle HRMS modules.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Work with users to provide Production support of the HRMS modules.
  • Design, develop and test extensions to the Oracle Applications, primarily in developing additional reports, alerts, workflow, and interfaces.
  • Work with Oracle Support to open SR's to resolve issues.
  • Work on technical and functional MD documents for customizations during the migration.
  • Perform unit testing and create testcases and work with users to complete user testing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Oracle HRMS modules - Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, Time and Labor and Oracle Payroll with current R12.2 experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements, including year-end processes.
  • Strong Experience with Oracle payroll/benefits fast formulas.
  • Exposure working in a global HRMS environment with multiple business groups, operating units, organizations, and currencies, etc.
  • Technical experience in Oracle Projects is plus.
  • Very Strong technical experience in CEMLI such as creating XML reports, Interfaces, workflow and PLSQL.
  • Knowledge or experience in Oracle APEX reporting is plus.
  • Working Experience of Web ADI, Form/OAF Personalization, AOL.
  • Exposure to ticket management tools (Altiris, SysAid, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.
  • Self-starter and strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverable and resources.
  • Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and documentation.
  • Strong SDLC experience including AIM methodology.
  • This position is required to report in office.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the marine construction / offshore oilfield service industry is a bonus.
  • Working knowledge of the integration of Payroll with Oracle GL and Oracle Projects.
  • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS security model and Oracle OA Framework.

Education / Training:
Bachelor's degree in IT related or business program is preferred.
This position is required in office with the ability to work remote once a week.
