Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the needs and objectives of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to individual recovery journeys.
  • Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to foster engagement and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults facing various substance use challenges, spanning from early-stage recovery to long-term management of behavioral health conditions. Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD in Washington State is required.
  • Demonstrable understanding of evidence-based practices for addiction treatment and mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits
