Optimus Healthcare is looking for a Family Medicine to join our team-based model of care at our Park City Primary Care clinic. Competitive compensation and sign-on/retention bonus range up to $25,000.

A care model that offers conventional medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health services along with complementary approaches to care such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutritional counseling. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have a medical degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine. Current Connecticut licensure or application in process. Must be Board Certified or eligible to sit for exam. Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principles, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position.
