Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Write high-quality, engaging content, including articles, blog posts, press releases, email newsletters, video scripts, case studies, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze competitor content, and optimize content for searchability on search engines using SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, AI SEO tools, algorithm changes, and content marketing strategies to ensure our content strategy remains competitive and innovative.
  • Manage press releases via our partner sites and agencies.
  • Create and maintain a streamlined quarterly content calendar.
  • Proofread, edit, and publish content in our proprietary CMS and in WordPress.
  • Perform quality control of all content and be fully accountable for the final published content.
  • Publish and QA each article/blog once it's live, troubleshoot if necessary.
  • Brainstorm new content ideas with the larger marketing team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and drives organic growth.
  • Perform regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience. Proactively identify broken links, website content rendering, and duplicate content issues
  • Provide monthly performance reports using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor content performance, keyword rankings, and gaps, offering actionable insights for optimization.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of content marketing and SEO principles, including latest AI SEO experience

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a similar field.

Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
