Our office specializes in high-end designer eyewear and personalized service, while also offering aesthetic services that complement overall eye health and appearance. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Eyecare Manager to lead our team and drive continued growth across both optical and aesthetic services.
Position Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure the practice consistently meets sales, service, and patient care goals. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for patient experience, and the ability to integrate and grow both eyecare and aesthetic service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage staff to ensure high performance, accountability, and a positive team culture
  • Drive sales performance, including optical sales of high-end designer frames and lenses, as well as aesthetic services
  • Train and guide team members on effectively cross-selling eyecare and aesthetic services to enhance patient outcomes and revenue
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds service and sales deadlines
  • Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and overall office efficiency
  • Manage insurance processes and optimize profitability, including understanding reimbursements and billing practices
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and secure handling of patient and credit card information
  • Supervise pretesting procedures and ensure clinical readiness
  • Oversee inventory, merchandising, and presentation of luxury eyewear collections
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote both optical and aesthetic services and increase patient engagement
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the office at all times
  • Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership
  • Strong background in optical sales, customer service, and practice operations
  • Experience with aesthetic services (e.g., skincare, cosmetic treatments, or medspa environments) required
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully cross-sell aesthetic and healthcare services
  • Experience working with high-end or luxury retail products preferred
