About the Role: Optical Associate

As an Optical Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to every patient and customer. Whether you’re assisting with frame selection, educating patients about lens options, or supporting our optometry team, your work will help bring our vision of personalized, high-quality care to life.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style, personality, and vision needs.
  • Educating patients about lens options, coatings, and other optical products.
  • Supporting the optometry team with patient care and administrative tasks.
