Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities: * Perform technical reviews of firewalls, routers, switches, and VoIP/VVoIP systems in accordance with STIGs and SRGs. * Validate network segmentation, ACLs, and routing protocols for security compliance. * Assess Zero Trust architecture components and ensure proper enforcement of least privilege and micro-segmentation. * Analyze network logs and configurations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations. * Provide technical support to DTRA sites for STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, and ATO package preparation. * Develop comprehensive assessment reports and provide prioritized recommendations for remediation. When not performing assessments, this role will support DTRA sites in audit preparation by applying STIGs, addressing vulnerabilities, and assisting with ATO documentation. The role also includes implementing Zero Trust principles and validating internal network security measures.
