We’re seeking a Systems Engineer II to join our growing team.

How you’ll make us better:

  • Administer Office 365 including MS Exchange and SharePoint
  • Support Network and Email migrations
  • Administer Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Active Directory
  • Build and manage packages and applications for deployment with Intune, AutoPilot, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM)
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code
  • Monitor and respond to infrastructure events using tools such as Datadog and OpsGenie
  • Perform regular system upgrades and patches to address vulnerabilities identified with Tenable
  • Deploy and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment and network infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot complex and escalated issues to include Root Cause Analysis on diverse systems and topologies
  • Author and maintain Azure Functions and/or Azure Automation Runbooks
  • Support information technology compliance with applicable regulations and standards including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, to include artifact gathering for yearly audits

Prerequisites for success:

  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, including patch management and addressing security risks
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technologies such as IPv4, DHCP, DNS, VLANs
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cloud SaaS offerings such as AWS, Azure, and Office 365
  • Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory Administration, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Services
  • Intermediate knowledge of Intune and MCM (formerly SCCM)
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or T-SQL
