Lift Ops Operator

Are you seeking fun and adventurous employment opportunities in Las Vegas' only mountain resort? Come join the resort by becoming a Lift Operator. If you have a passion for providing great service to our guests, this is the place for you. By joining our team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist and direct guests on and off chairlifts in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, using excellent guest service skills
  • Check all guests boarding the lift for a valid ticket or pass using a scanner
  • Maintain the loading/unloading ramps and lift line areas
  • Organize lift lines
  • Operate machinery and tools in a safe and responsible manner
  • Assist in emergency situations as required, such as lift evacuations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must know how to operate basic machinery
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have excellent guest service skills
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays and required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50+ lbs
  • Must be able to work for an extended period of time in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to work at high altitudes for an extended period of time
