Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Ophthalmology - Seeking BE|BC Ophthalmologist for very busy practice of three Ophthalmologists. Physician would have 20-30 cataract surgeries a week. Refractive training required. Corneal transplants possible. State of the Art facility. Call of 1:4 on surgical patients only
Physician has the option of working as little or as much as he|she wishes and income would be paid pro rata. Board Certification within two years. Partnership within two years.
Note: Mexican, Caribbean, and Guadalajara graduates will not be considered unless they have residency at a strong program in the USA. No Medical or Retina Specialists!
Income:
$370-400k Base Salary Income Guarantee the first two years with very real possibility of making upper $600-1MM given work load and fact that current physicians are at the end of their careers. Net Production after first two years with little risk of a downside considering back log. Partnership in two years
Benefits include:
Sign on Bonus, Relocation paid + 2 additional visits paid, 6 months storage of furniture paid, Health, Dental, Vision 100% paid, Life Insurance $250k (Buy in up to 1MM), $4,000 CME per year, 401k after 1 year (12k Clinic|$20k Doctor), 4 weeks vacation, 3 Professional Dues Paid, Malpractice Insurance paid , disability benefits
After 2nd year physician may become partner
