  • Act as project coordinator to drive continuous improvement in BPC HC/OPEX/CAPEX models and MDG cost center processes by recognizing problems, assessing solution options, and leading updates that strengthen control, efficiency, user experience, and data quality.

  • Manage SOPs, user guides, training materials, and process documentation related to BPC HC, OPEX, and CAPEX activities and MDG cost center processes to promote consistent application, user acceptance, and readiness for audits.

  • Coordinate internal and external audit support by ensuring timely and accurate documentation of master data and month-end close requirements.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ overall years of progressive experience providing technical and functional support with SAP ERP in finance.

  • 2+ years of leadership.

  • Solid background in SAP BPC for planning, including data management and support of planning cycles.

  • Extensive experience with SAP MDG cost center or comparable master data governance solutions managing finance master data and governance workflows.

  • Robust understanding of finance, encompassing P&L, balance sheet, journals, period-close activities, and HC/OPEX/CAPEX planning.

  • Experience leading UAT or system testing in an SAP/BPC environment, including test strategy, test case execution, and defect resolution.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members while driving delivery across multi-functional collaborators and project teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct Finance or Accounting experience, or solid grasp of end-to-end financial cycles such as close, forecasting, and planning.

  • Background in regulated or audit-heavy environments with strong financial controls, including SOX or similar frameworks.
