Lockbox Processor / Document Scanner/ Opex Operator

Pay Rate: $19/hr W2 (no benefits) Schedule: Sunday Thursday, 9:00 PM 5:30 AM (or until completion) Duration: 3 months Temp-to-Perm Charlotte, NC

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lockbox Processor/Document Scanner to join our team. This role involves operating Falcon machines to scan and process work while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Candidates will be cross-trained on both prepper and scanner tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Falcon machine to scan documents with high accuracy
  • Review scanned work to verify data integrity and completeness
  • Perform prepper tasks including sorting and organizing documents prior to scanning
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the process
  • Follow established procedures and meet production deadlines
  • Work independently and remain focused during overnight shifts

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work the overnight shift schedule (SundayThursday)
  • Dependable with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
  • Previous experience in document processing, data entry, or machine operation preferred (not required; training provided)
