The Dixon Group is looking for a motivated CNC Operator Trainee to join our team at our Dixon Specialty Products Division in Chestertown, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn valuable technical skills, work with advanced machinery, and be part of a company that invests in your growth. In this role, you’ll be trained to set up and operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components. You’ll learn how to inspect products against mechanical and technical drawings, identify machining issues, and make necessary adjustments—all while working in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in hands-on training to learn CNC machine setup and operation.
