Location: 7280 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH 45014
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Dixon Bayco, a proud division of The Dixon Group is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team in West Chester, OH! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in assembling electrical components and systems. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company with room for career advancement!

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Test electrical components for functionality and safety compliance.
  • Solder and connect wiring in electronic devices or equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly and testing.
  • Document and track assembly progress and report any issues to supervisors

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in electrical assembly or similar work is a plus but not required. We provide full training.
  • Proficient with electrical hand tools and machinery (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, multimeters).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
